Here is the final week. Did I do as well as I had intended..probably not but it dang sure got me doing more than I would have done 7 weeks ago!!

As you can see from the picture I still have some work to do. I am still sporting my “mom pooch” that I would like to tackle over the next several weeks. But all in all I am happy with myself. I feel almost swim suit season ready!
Final weigh in on this challenge…
My starting weight: 128.4
Today’s weigh in: 120
My goal weight: 118
I am 2 pounds from my goal. I lost a total of 10.4 pounds. I’ve struggled getting under the 120 mark for several months so my next goal is to push myself to get under that. I haven’t worked out much the last two weeks. I do find I have more energy and a better mood when I do work out so I plan to make time to work out more the next few weeks.
I may be starting another challenge, which I’ll keep you all posted on!
