Just one more week to meet my goal and win some money. I am not working out nearly as much as I want/need to be so I am going to push harder the next two weeks to work out at least 5 times a week. I figure if I take it a couple weeks at a time that might help my overall long term goals.
As you may recall from last week the group I am challenging with has chosen to add a week to make our challenge 7 weeks now. So next week will be my final weigh in and a before and after photo…lets hope its good!
Now for my weigh in this week…
My starting weight: 128.4
Today’s weigh in: 120.5
My goal weight: 118
I just about had a little party in my bathroom this morning when I stepped on the scale. I was expecting there to be no change from last week but as it turns out I lost two pounds this week! That means I only have 2.5 to my goal in one week…I got this!!
