6 Week Weight Loss Challenge: Week 3 Weigh In – Fitness Friday

I can’t believe we are already half way through this challenge! I am inching closer to my goal (and to the winning money, hehe) each week! I couldn’t be happier with my results. I have had days where I just want to veg out and eat junk all day but this challenge has made me hold strong! I mean who wants to loose money!?!

Now for my weigh in this week!!

My starting weight: 128.4

Today’s weigh in: 123

My goal weight: 118
