Meal Planning Monday 1/21-1/27

This week I have 3 of my four kids sick so I’m trying to keep meals easy for me at the beginning of the week. We also have no school Monday so there won’t be any lunches sent to school.

Monday:
Dinner- Slow Cooker Cafe Rio Pork served over rice and black beans

Tuesday:
Dinner- Cheeseburger Salad served with a fresh fruit salad and rolls
Lunch- Cafe Rio Burritos (just rice chips instead of the tortilla for child w/ allergies), grapes, carrots, & die free Gatorade.
Breakfast- GF/DF/EF Pancakes and Chocolate Chip waffles (for my kids) & apple juice

Wednesday:
Dinner- Pepperoni Pizza Chicken served with noodles and biscuits
Lunch- Sandwiches (served on homemade Allergy Free bread) w/GF ham, apple slices, celery sticks (w/peanut butter for my children) & dye free Gatorade.
Breakfast- GF Cereal w/ almond milk & orange juice

Thursday:
Dinner- Sausage & Shrimp Jambalaya
Lunch- Corn dogs (for my kids) and ham slices (for child w/allergies), grapes, carrots & dye free Gatorade.
Breakfast- GF/DF/EF Pancakes and Chocolate Chip waffles (for my kids) & apple juice

Friday:
Dinner- Red Enchiladas & Tacos
Lunch- Pepperoni, ham (cheese for my kids), celery, grapes & dye free Gatorade
Breakfast- GF Cereal w/ almond milk & orange juice (also yogurt for my kids)

Saturday:
Dinner- Overnight Brunch Eggs & Muffins

Sunday:
Dinner- Chicken Tortilla Soup

Note: If it is a new meal that requires a recipe I’ll post that recipe during the week after we’ve eaten it to give a review. If it is not a new recipe the link will be in the list of meals.
