Meatloaf (Allergen Free)

  • 5LBS Ground Beef, thawed
  • 4 TBS Worcestershire Sauce GF
  • 1 Large Tomato, diced
  • 2 Carrots, shredded
  • 1 Bell Pepper, diced
  • GF Ketchup
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, tomato, carrots, and bell pepper. Add about 1/4 cup GF ketchup, season with salt and pepper. Form meat mixture in loaf pans and cover with foil. Bake for 50 minutes, remove foil, drain excess grease, and add ketchup to top. Bake for 15 more minutes, then serve.

We served our meatloaf with steamed veggies this time but it is also great with mashed potatoes!
